Mary Marg Helgenberger is an American actor from the United States. Her birth date was the 16th of November the 16th of November, 1958. She began her acting career in early 1980s, and became famous for the role she played as Siobhan Ryan between 1982 and 1986 in the drama daytime Ryan's Hope. She is best known for her character of Catherine Willows in the CBS police procedural drama. Crime Scene Investigation, a TV series that ran from 2000 until 2013 and Immortality the TV movie made in 2015. Vegas is the sequel to her first film, and she's been reprising the role since 2022. Helgenberger also has a reputation as the character K.C. She was awarded the Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her performance in the role of Koloski in the ABC series China Beach from 1988 to 1991. Her other credits include the TV series Under the Dome (1996), Species II (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) or Mr. Brooks (2007). McCain is also the oldest one of four siblings. McCain graduated from the Phoenix Country Day School as also Xavier College Preparatory, a private Catholic all-girls high school. In 2007, McCain graduated with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History at Columbia University. In 2017, she joined The View, a daytime talk program The View where she co-hosted until 2021. She was awarded the show's four Daytime Emmy award nominations for her efforts. McCain started writing a daily column in the Daily Mail after leaving The View. The author also wrote four books The Story of My Dad John McCain in 2008 Dirty Sexy Politics in 2010 America You Sexy Bitch: A Love Letter to Freedom with Michael Ian Black in 2012 and Bad Republican in 2022.
